At Alhaya, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you receive an incorrect item, we are happy to assist with a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy only in case of wrong item delivery. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order if they receive an incorrect product.

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • Product must be in original packaging with tags intact

  • Proof of wrong item delivery (photos/video) must be shared

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and product images. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Refunds & Replacements

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method, if replacement is unavailable.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Size or color selection errors by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
